CargoTalk: We have been working closely with IAG Cargo (IAGC) to transport live animals of all shapes and sizes. All consignments are handled in full compliance with the International Pet And Animal Transport Association (IPATA) Live Animal Regulations (LAR) and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES).

IAGC is conducting a full-review into its live animal products and this includes the transportation of dogs and the containers. In an ongoing effort, IAGC want to ensure that their processes, procedures for accepting dogs in containers are of the highest standard and meet all domestic, regional, and regulatory requirements.

Until new procedures are in place, We [R&D] will not be accepting any new dog bookings onto the IAG Cargo network.  In fact, this includes all flights operated by British Airways, Iberia Airlines and Aer Lingus.

If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us or Speak to IAG Cargo.
